The oven is built on a metal carrier with wheels that makes it movable for future relocations. Metal structure is optimized to allocate the basement insulation.
Sizes of the oven are:
- 4 feet overall diameter, inner chamber of 3 feet, 3 pizzas of 12” per time.
- 5 feet overall diameter, inner chamber of 3.5 feet, 4 pizzas per time.
- 5 feet overall diameter, inner chamber 4 feet, 5/6 pizzas per time.
- 6 feet overall diameter, inner chamber 5 feet, 8/9 pizzas per time.
Each oven can be wood fired, gas fired or keeping a combination of both fueling.
Gas system can be either manual or with automatic cut off system.
External finish can be done in ceramics, glazed mosaic tiles, bricks, marble or stone.
Carrier can be painted in whichever color or covered to look like a standing oven.
