Standing Oven

The oven is built on a brick basement completely insulated for heat retention. Basement can have the following shapes:

Round
Square
Square with cut corner

The oven is built on a bricks basement completely insulated for heat retention. Basement can have the following shapes:

Sizes of the basement can be:

  • 4 feet overall diameter, inner chamber of 3 feet, 3 pizzas of 12” per time.
  • 5 feet overall diameter, inner chamber 4 feet, 4/5 pizzas per time.
  • 6 feet overall diameter, inner chamber 5 feet, 8/9 pizzas per time.

 

Each oven can be wood fired, gas fired or keeping a combination of both fueling.

Gas system can be either manual or with automatic cut off.

In case the whole structure can be cladded to have only the oven mouth visible.
